Sous Vide Controller

A controller for sous vide cooking with an external power relay. External pins for connecting power switch and serial/ftdi. USB powered or power over FTDI pins. ISP pins too if you'd like to header them. "Internal" connection for a cabled, waterproofed DS18B20. This design is intended to have a slide-on two piece enclosure where the power switch pins and probe cable go out through the seam. The encoder might make that difficult though. I had originally planned a right angled encoder but didn't update my mental case when I changed to upright encoder.
