With this board you can make a very simple heavy duty bicycle headlamp with LED ! It's designed to work with any 6V 3W bicycle alternator, no battery needed. It's useful for commuters in cities because of the 10 bright LED makes you highly visible. It also shine the road enough to ride safe in complete dark. Low power consumption, about 200 mA. The board's dimensions is 4.7 cm of diameter, for example you can fit this in a vintage bicycle headlamp. You can also turn it to a tail lamp by replacing the white LED by red LED (3.6V 20mA).
