All resistors 270R. All LEDs your choice. All switches 7mm latching with caps. F1 is 250 mA PTC, D1 is 5.6 V Zener, C1 is 0.1 uF. All parts are readily available on Ebay.
LEDs are on 1" centers and buttons are offset by 1/4". Tile as many boards as you want!
Maximum 890 mW / 178 mA per panel with 5 V supply.
