BranlyPi and friends

The BranlyPi is an ISM modem for the Raspberry Pi. It is an Arduino clone fitted with an RFM69CW radio. Incoming packets are decoded and dumped on the UART. This is a panelized version with 2 BranlyPis on each PCB and have not yet been tested. The unpanelized version of the BPi has been verified, this board should work. In addition there is a test board with an ESP12e/f and an RFM69CW and a test board for 0603 SMT LEDs.
