RS-232 interface with proto area - with GPS support

General purpose RS-232 interface with proto area, design optimized for use with GPS boards. Can drive 1PPS signal to the RS-232 connecter, with selectable polarity. Has connectors and mounting holes for Adafruit Ultimate GPS, Trimble Resolution-T, and generic RX/TX/PWR/GND receivers. Also 8-pin dip pattern for an ATTINY8x chip. RS232 driver is marked for CP3232 chips, but works best with MAX232A... use all 0.57 uF caps. CP3232's are rather picky about their caps. MAX232A's work fine on 3.3V Regulator is AM1117 compatible. Jumper allows driving the GPS/MAX232A with regulated or raw DC in power.
