2.2" TFT breakout board

A breakout board for bare 2.2" TFT LCD's based on the ILI9341 driver. They come with a 14 pin 0.8mm flex connector for which it is almost impossible to find a mating connector. This board breaks it out to .1" headers.
The board gives room for termination resistors on the clock and data lines, plus some capacitors and ferrite beads for filtering.
