This Arduino shield allows you to build a rotation controller or shutter controller for the Nexdome observatory ( http://www.nexdome.com/ ) with a DFRobot Arduino Leonardo ( https://www.dfrobot.com/product-832.html). the original controller is not up to "pro" specs and is assembled with a glue gun. This will allow you to have a better interface and easier to install and replace/extend connection if needed. The firmware for the Arduino is available as an open-source project : https://github.com/grozzie2/NexDome
This shield has been use to fix (and fully replace) a badly assemble Nexdome rotation kit controller.
