Converts a PS2 mouse to Serial. Based on PC Pointer (see https://wiki.kewl.org/dokuwiki/projects:pcpointer).
Some USB mice also support the PS2 protocol so the PCB can be fitted with a USB type A socket or a PS2 female socket.
